Attendant for a Dynamic Gaming Environment

We are seeking a proactive gaming attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere through warm and authentic service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with guests, sharing their passion for our products, and creating memorable moments.
A day in the life of this role includes actively contributing to a culture of responsibility focused on safety and compliance with RSA and RCG regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively engaging with guests and creating moments that they won't forget
- Contribute to a culture of responsibility focused on safety and compliance with RSA and RCG regulations
- Complete machine payouts and manage cash handling in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
- Be available for two graveyard shifts per week if in gaming; flexibility in work times is essential
This role offers 25-30 hours per week.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A good understanding of TAB services
- Current RSA, RCG and TAB qualifications; a Gaming Licence would be preferred
- Flexibility in availability across day, evenings and weekends
