About The Role

Gaming Attendant | Eltham Hotel | Dream big with us Let's go to the pub — chances are, it's one of ours. ALH owns and operates more pubs than anyone, serving as the cornerstone of over 350 Australian communities. We're looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. You'll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Gaming regulations.

A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Attendant
  • Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments for guests.
  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, focusing on safety as well as RSA and RCG compliance.
  • Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
About You
  • You are great with people, detail and communication, and you are motivated to make magic happen for guests and teammates.
  • You are a team player with flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
  • You hold current industry RSA and RCG qualifications.
  • You'll be yourself and come as you are — ALH is known for its people.
