About the role

Mulgrave Country Club is seeking Gaming Attendant(s) to join our team on a casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the thrilling gaming environment of our club located in Wheelers Hill, Victoria.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service to our gaming patrons
  • Monitoring gaming machines and assisting customers with machine-related queries and issues
  • Performing cash handling duties, including deposits and payouts
  • Ensuring the gaming floor is kept clean, tidy and well-presented
  • Adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations and internal policies governing gaming operations
  • Assisting with other duties as required to support the overall operations of the club

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or gaming role, preferably within the hospitality or gaming industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Familiarity with gaming machines and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues
  • Attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle cash transactions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • A current Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • An additional bonus is if you have a current TAB qualification
