As a newly created leadership opportunity, we are seeking an experienced Records and Privacy Manager to join our evolving Legal & Governance team.
About the Role:
This 18-month fixed term opportunity will play a crucial role in shaping our information governance framework. As the Records and Privacy Manager, you will lead a team responsible for records management, privacy management, driving best practices and integrated solutions across the City of Newcastle.
You will be key to your ongoing success in this role, ensuring that we meet compliance standards while fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of $138,801.63 per annum plus 11.5% Superannuation
- A 35-hour working week with flexible/hybrid work arrangements/model as well as an optional 9-day fortnight
- Four weeks of annual leave, three weeks of personal leave plus two additional paid public holidays
