Job Overview:

    We seek a seasoned Continuous Improvement Leader to spearhead transformative initiatives and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic productivity plans to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
  • Train and support production personnel in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and Manufacturing Operating Systems (MOS)
  • Ensure adherence to system standards for targeted results
  • Lead process improvements using TRACC as a key tool
  • Monitor and enhance operational success through performance visuals and KPIs
  • Conduct waste analysis across production lines to eliminate inefficiencies
  • Implement 5S initiatives plant-wide to improve workplace organization and safety
  • Manage departmental finances to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with organisational goals
  • Oversee and develop the Continuous Improvement staff, including performance management and employee development
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive operational excellence across the plant

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations and CI transformation projects
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on driving productivity
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and organisational skills
  • Solid understanding of enterprise business principles and practices
  • Excellent presentation, mentoring, and coaching skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work patterns
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights
