This is a Senior Management role responsible for overseeing the wellbeing of workers and their families under the Pacific Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and performance oversight to ensure timely implementation of deliverables and effective management of resources.

  • Oversee budget planning and management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and compliance with requirements.">
  • Develop and implement strategies for support, utilising data and analytics to assess trends and needs.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to agree roles and responsibilities, fostering a collaborative team culture.">
  • Work closely with key partners to ensure alignment and avoid duplication of efforts.">
  • Provide guidance on issues related to worker and family welfare, ensuring a high level of relationship management skills.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in social work or a related field.">
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in case management, preferably in migrant settlement or family support programs.">
  • Demonstrated knowledge of case management frameworks and critical incident management.">
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets and resources.">
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate for outcomes beneficial to clients and communities.">
