  • Lead the onboarding process with new clients and our support team, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent customer service.
  • Manage incoming work and compliance deadlines, prioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines.
  • Deliver practical and detailed tax planning estimates, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Australian Public Practice experience, with a strong understanding of local regulations and compliance.
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards this qualification, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Xero, XPM, and Handisoft is highly regarded, showcasing technical proficiency and adaptability.
