**Your Role**

You'll play a critical role shaping the first impression of local businesses. As a Business Growth Executive, your mission is to introduce business owners to our suite of products and demonstrate how we can help them succeed.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role focused on converting warm leads and re-engaging listed businesses through reviews, reputation, reach, and customers.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Reach out to warm leads and showcase the value of working with us.
- Re-engage past users and nurture interest into action.
- Guide businesses through our onboarding process with a consultative approach.
- Build trust by understanding their pain points and aligning our platform to their needs.
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead and call notes.
- Contribute to a strong team culture focused on performance, learning, and customer success.

- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Clear, confident communication with a consultative approach.
