The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a premium, multifaceted, high-pressure leadership position
  • A strong background in building and managing high-performing teams with a positive culture
  • Excellent management skills, including the ability to manage up as well as down
  • World-class customer service and a passion for exceeding guest expectations
  • The ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously
  • High-level financial acumen relevant to P&L management and cost control
  • Excellent compliance knowledge and the ability to build strong relationships with governing bodies
