Senior Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement efforts in Australia and New Zealand. This strategic role will focus on developing and executing indirect procurement category strategies across the region, with a concentration on Transport & Warehousing.
The successful candidate will possess highly effective interpersonal skills, be an excellent negotiator, influencer, and communicator, with demonstrated ability to develop credible business relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver sustainable supply solutions through partnerships with key strategic suppliers
- Oversight of the end-to-end strategic sourcing process including supplier selection, commercial negotiation, contract drafting
- Management of cost reduction activities and best practices within a complex supplier environment
- Effective dispute resolution and stakeholder management skills across multiple internal and external platforms
- Preferred CIPSA or equivalent qualification highly desirable
- Excellent knowledge of FMCG with 7+ years' experience in procurement roles – depth in category management
- Sound understanding of supply market fundamentals, strategic sourcing processes, and indirect category-related procurement
- Excellent balance of analytical & negotiation skills
