Job Title: Strategic Procurement LeaderLead the delivery of world-class support services to the public health system as a seasoned executive. Shape procurement strategies, priorities and objectives to ensure optimal value and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and management advice on the development and delivery of procurement and supply chain services.
  • Lead sourcing and contract management across the public health system, ensuring compliance with industry processes and best practice.
  • Manage the public health supply chain, contributing to the optimization of procurement value and the achievement of organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Senior executive level experience and tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience in a business or procurement related field.
  • Understanding of government policies and practices in key accountability areas including procurement, business reform, and corporate services.
  • Sound knowledge of industry processes and practices associated with supply chain management, service agreements, contract management, contract law, probity, and contract dispute resolution processes.
