We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Services Coordinator to join our Gold Coast audit team.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a 9-day working fortnight with every second Friday off work. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment, with access to industry-leading benefits and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the audit team, including managing a large team of people and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage a range of software systems, including APS, Concur, Salesforce, and Retain.
  • Contribute to the development of the team and the organization, through proactive problem-solving and a willingness to learn and develop.
Requirements
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
