Job Summary

We are seeking a Funeral Service Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of quality service to our clients, embracing and advocating our company's culture and high service standards.

About the Role

The Funeral Service Operations Manager has a strong focus on building positive relationships with stakeholders, motivating a team, and providing compassionate care and support to families during one of the most challenging times in their lives. This role requires:

  • Strong leadership skills to lead, develop, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the public, including grieving families and staff members
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Sensitivity to circumstances involving grieving people, their values, and beliefs
  • A commitment to delivering profit objectives while ensuring outstanding customer service levels
