Senior Retail Operations Manager

As a leader in the healthcare equipment industry, we are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead two of our showrooms. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to apply your retail skills in the allied health industry.
Key Responsibilities• Manage and motivate your team to achieve overall success
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and manage their experience across all aspects of sales and operations
• Provide excellent customer service and convey the range of services available from us
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and be self-motivated with a creative approach to problem-solving. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
