As a Project Coordinator, you will manage project schedules and support sales orders for aftermarket products. You will work with various teams to deliver orders and develop strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support discontinued Caterpillar products through alternative supply chains
  • Evaluate customer needs to deliver customized solutions
  • Develop partnerships with engineering, marketing, purchasing, pricing, operations, dealers, customers, and suppliers
  • Manage incoming sales orders
  • Develop robust schedules using project management tools
  • Improve processes through lean methodologies
Required Skills and Qualifications

Supply Chain Expertise: Experience in planning, demand & order management, or commercial support. Project coordination experience using scheduling tools.

Customer Focus: Knowledge of customer-centric practices and ability to leverage that information in creating customized solutions.

Collaboration: Ability to work with diverse individuals and groups in a constructive manner.

Consulting: Knowledge of consulting techniques and ability to apply them appropriately.

Critical Thinking: Knowledge of decision-making processes and ability to analyze situations accurately.

Effective Communication: Understanding of communication concepts and ability to transmit ideas effectively.

Problem Solving: Approaches and tools for recognizing and resolving organizational problems.

Relationship Management: Techniques for establishing and maintaining healthy working relationships.
