Job Title

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end transaction execution in the Hospitality, Healthcare, and Education sectors. This involves conducting comprehensive financial modeling, thorough valuation, meticulous due diligence, and astute risk assessment for deals, negotiating terms with buyers, sellers, landlords, lenders, and investors, preparing investment memorandums, pitch decks, and transaction documents, managing stakeholder relationships, monitoring market trends, regulatory changes, and sector-specific risks, developing and implementing strategic plans for portfolio growth and optimization, analyzing market dynamics and identifying potential investment opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and overseeing post-transaction activities.

Key qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, healthcare, or education sectors transactions, strong financial analysis and modeling skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, knowledge of debt and equity financing structures, familiarity with real estate valuation methodologies, experience with due diligence processes and risk assessment, and understanding of regulatory environments in hospitality, healthcare, or education sectors.
