Global Portfolio Solutions Lead

As a senior professional, you will oversee the strategic growth and operational efficiency of our portfolio solutions business. Your expertise in banking operations will be pivotal in driving transformation and process improvement across Sales Trading, Partnered Trading, and Transition Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product expansion initiatives, establishing robust operating models to support business growth.
  • Oversee Markets IT activities, utilizing global staff and resources effectively.
  • Assist in managing regulatory, reputational, and operational risk events, ensuring seamless mitigation strategies.
  • Lead a team of approximately 30 FTEs across six locations, fostering high levels of staff engagement and retention.
  • Maintain third-party vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to Statements of Work and effective risk management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in Banking Operations within a large multi-national bank.
  • Regulatory reporting experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
  • A strong focus on risk management and control is vital for success in this role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of how a banking operations team operates, including understanding allied functions upstream and downstream, and have the ability to influence others to drive transformation and improve processes.
