Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns, thought leadership content, and digital marketing initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen our brand presence in the ANZ region.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated content campaigns across multiple channels, including web, social media, and email, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content campaigns, tracking key metrics and ROI to provide insights and recommendations to enhance future initiatives.
  • Design, build, and deploy targeted marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage clients, and promote our thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing and Content teams to ensure consistency and coherence in messaging, branding, and campaign execution.
  • Work closely with Managing Director & Partners (MDPs) to understand priorities and objectives, ensuring that marketing efforts align with business goals and effectively support client engagement and relationships.

Requirements
  • 7+ years marketing experience, with a strong focus on content campaigns, email marketing, and thought leadership.
  • Experience working within professional services or similar complex matrix structured organization is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience executing multichannel strategy in PR, CRM, digital, and events.
  • Proficiency in email marketing and database & contact management platforms, including development of best practice and driving ongoing improvements.
  • A strong understanding of B2B/professional services marketing principles.
  • Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and partners.
