About the Role:
We're looking for experienced professionals with more than 1 year of professional experience to join our dynamic national health and safety consulting team based in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth on either a full or part-time basis.
As a consultant, you'll work under the mentorship of industry-renowned leaders, engaging with clients across Oceania to strategically diagnose health, safety, and wellbeing challenges. You'll design and implement effective solutions based on best practice and risk-based approaches.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to various projects involving physical and psychosocial risk management, strategy, audit, and analytical frameworks.
- Help clients succeed and navigate complex operating and regulatory environments.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Curious mindset, strong desire to learn and grow.
