Palliative Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced palliative care physician to lead our multidisciplinary team at Westmead Hospital. As a key member of the service, you will provide high-quality patient care in both inpatient and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Lead quality assurance activities and promote evidence-based best practice within the service.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) and the Australasian Chapter of Palliative Medicine (FAChPM).
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
