Optimise Store Operations for Top Brands

The Assistant Manager, Wholesale Operations Support plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence for top brands within department stores.

  • Analyse weekly department store sales and performance data to identify key insights and trends.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Visual Merchandising and Operations to streamline processes, improve visual merchandising productivity, and enhance consumer experience in branded spaces.
  • Support the optimisation of the store operations team and payroll budget through analysis, planning, and reporting of KPIs, team productivity, and implementation of efficiency initiatives and cost controls.
  • Utilise weekly sales data to carry out data-driven performance analysis, reporting results back to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and support the Wholesale VM and Operations Admin Assistant in reporting, communications, and cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Govern workforce management systems to ensure accurate data, supporting the Department Store Operations Manager in managing payroll budgets, maintaining, and reconciling budget trackers.
  • Contribute to feasibility modelling and CAPEX investment business cases in collaboration with category and commercial teams.
  • Assist VM teams with KPI tracking, PIR preparation, and model store workshops to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Provide training to department leaders on interpreting sales, labour, and inventory data for continuous improvement.
