Hot Pink Fashion is a longstanding Australian formalwear wholesaler looking for a motivated, hardworking, and hands-on sales associate.

Are you passionate about formalwear and party fashion, and have proven experience in customer service? Join our highly experienced team in leafy Surry Hills.

About the role

We're seeking a confident and cheerful sales assistant to join our showroom, open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing face-to-face customer service in our showroom, maintaining relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Responding to email and telephone inquiries from customers;
  • Collaborating with the team in a fast-paced environment to fulfill orders;
  • Identifying sales opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback for growth.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in fashion, retail, or wholesale (preferably formalwear);
  • Experience in a customer service role;
  • Excellent customer service skills, patience, and a keen eye for detail;
  • Being hands-on, vibrant, and energetic;
  • A passion for fashion
  • Native or fluent English skills;
