We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Lead to join our team. If you are a dynamic story-teller, strategic thinker and skilled communicator on a mission to re-invent the future of gaming through quality, innovation, community and play - this is a place for you In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our designers, players, content creators, creatives and operational teams to drive PWR's social media across all platforms. You'll need to have a track record for leading and growing social channels and a deep understanding of social voice, tone, style and creative. Experience with tools, analytics and social technology as well as all native platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord and beyond) is essential.

Your Mission is to
  • Devise and own social media strategy that enhances PWR's position as a leader in gaming and content creation
  • Create, curate and post engaging, thumb-stopping content for PWR's key social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram and YouTube Community) that bring value to our audience
  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including apparel launches, event promotions and sponsorship activations
  • Work cross-functionally with our designers, players, content creators, creatives and operational teams to promote PWR's content and apparel effectively
  • Cultivate a strong and engaged community through active engagement, responding to comments, and initiating conversations
  • Keep up with the latest trends in gaming, pop culture, and social media
  • Experiment with new social media features to keep PWR's online presence fresh and innovative
  • Utilise analytics tools to track performance, gather insights, and adept strategies
About You
  • Creative, intelligent and a great sense of humour, which is reflected in your social media content
  • An intrinsic understanding of gaming, youth and pop culture
  • Confident and comfortable with memes, popular and trendy content
  • Up with all the latest platform features and trends
  • Fast learner who can effectively digest and implement feedback
  • Quick to adapt to emerging trends and technologies
  • Driven to see PWR content blow up and attract new audiences from all across the world
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management in entertainment, gaming or esports industry
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of various gaming titles (including Fortnite) and their communities
  • Extensive experience with Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Self-driven, autonomous and capable of delivering rapid, high-quality results with minimal guidance
