Social Media Lead

Drive our social media presence by devising and executing strategies to engage audiences, increase traffic and conversions. You will oversee paid performance channels, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Develop and execute robust social media strategies across all platforms.
- Oversee the creation, delivery and optimization of paid advertising campaigns.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
- Shape messaging and creative direction, overseeing design processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools and applications, proposing strategic implementations.
You will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations. Your commercial acumen and interpersonal skills will ensure effective budget management and team performance enhancement.
Key Qualifications- Extensive experience in managing Social Media accounts.
- Demonstrated proficiency across various Social Media channels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen.
- Sound understanding of relevant industries.
- Proven experience in collaborating with agencies and managing external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A vibrant and supportive community.
- Flexible work arrangements including option of one day working from home or a 9-day fortnight.
