About the RoleAs a member, you will be involved in high-level decision-making, including electing board members, supervising board performance, and accepting our annual report. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our strategy and vision.
Key Responsibilities- Electing Board Members: Choose talented individuals to lead our organization.
- Supervising Board Performance: Monitor the effectiveness of our leadership team.
- Accepting Annual Reports: Review and approve our annual summary of activities.
