Lead a Team to Deliver Meaningful Engagement

The position of Team Leader Project Engagement is a vital role within our organisation, responsible for shaping how we connect with the communities we serve. As a leader in this field, you will guide a team of dedicated specialists to deliver authentic and transparent engagement that builds trust and strengthens our social licence.

  • Develop and implement strategic project engagement plans to inform project progression.
  • Inspire and lead a team delivering engagement across a range of energy projects.
  • Create space for meaningful conversations with communities and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to influence decisions and manage reputational risks.

Key Requirements:

You will require:

  • A degree-level qualification in Public Relations or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience working in an engagement and communications based role.
