Education Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Education Specialist to lead the development and delivery of high-quality education programs for practitioners.

  • Lead the creation and implementation of impactful educational initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes.
  • Cultivate and mentor a team of educators to design engaging content that informs, inspires, and influences practitioner behavior.
  • Develop and deliver exceptional educational experiences that set industry standards for excellence.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation in educational content, design, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine our education strategy and identify opportunities to enhance engagement with our practitioner community.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Naturopathy, Nutrition, or Herbal Medicine.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the natural healthcare industry.
  • A proven track record of developing and delivering effective educational programs for practitioners or customers.
  • A coaching and inclusive leadership style that fosters growth, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills and resilience in managing complex projects under pressure.
  • A mindset focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes.
