- Contribute to the development of the organisation's talent and leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends.
- Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent (desired).
- Proven experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development and facilitating virtual and in-person learning programs.
- Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy.
