Garden Supplies Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our retail front of house team, you will support our garden supplies operations by delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires working approximately 3-4 days per week, including every Saturday and Sunday.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Interact directly with customers or suppliers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Process orders, forms, and requests while maintaining accurate records
  • Organize transport workflow to meet customer timeframes and ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and provide feedback on the customer service process

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, be punctual, and have a high attention to detail. While experience in garden supplies is beneficial, we prioritize finding the right candidate for the role.
