The Company

Daisy's Garden Supplies is a respected Victorian family-owned business. We have been supplying high quality building, garden & landscaping supplies to Melbourne, Geelong and beyond for nearly 45 years. Our company's values are centered around the principles of integrity, hard work, and customer satisfaction. The Daisy's team consists of over 200 people, working across 9 stores and 6 production sites, from Pakenham to Torquay. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Driver to join our Ashwood store team on a casual basis.

The role

As a Store Driver your key responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver garden, building and landscaping supplies to customers, mostly around the Eastern Suburbs
  • Drive a medium or heavy rigid truck
  • Operate mobile equipment in the sales yard (if competent)
  • Maintain sales yard and truck presentation & cleanliness
Hours of the role
  • Flexible casual rosters across our daytime trading hours. No night work and no Sunday work.
Skills & experience

The successful applicant will be someone who:

  • Holds a current MR or HR license to drive manual trucks, with a safe driving record
  • Can form friendly and positive customer relationships
  • Has reasonable knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs
  • Competencies and experience operating a forklift and/or front-end loader advantageous
