Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Development Manager to lead our training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee performance.

About the Role

The Training Development Manager will be responsible for creating engaging training content, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating program effectiveness. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach writers to create high-quality training materials
  • Develop and manage a training calendar to ensure timely delivery of required training
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure all training materials comply with current laws and regulations
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback to improve content and delivery

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, instructional design)
  • Strong writing, editing, research, and critical thinking skills
  • Proven experience in a training development or similar role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
