  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • Managing patient payments, invoicing, and hospital billings
  • Providing administrative support to the surgeon
  • Coordinating patient clinics and theatre bookings
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers
  • Daily banking and reconciliations
  • Quotations and follow-ups for surgeries
  • Arranging theatre lists
  • Ordering special equipment for surgeries
