Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to join our established Manufacturing team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our clients and leading by example.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and job market dynamics
  • Providing expert guidance and advice to clients and candidates
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team recruitment targets
  • Performance management for a team of 3-4 Recruiters
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including advertising, our CRM, and search platforms
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable positions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Manufacturing recruitment, including blue and white-collar, temporary, and permanent recruitment
  • Client management experience
  • Team/Branch Management experience, including workflow management and budget management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team and customer-centric approach to work
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
