Freight Forwarding Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Freight Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end freight forwarding operations across air, sea, and land. This includes ensuring seamless coordination between clients, carriers, customs, and internal teams while maintaining compliance with international shipping regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee daily operations of freight forwarding activities.
- Coordinate shipments, bookings, and documentation with carriers and agents.
- Supervise and support junior operations staff providing training and guidance.
- Ensure full compliance with customs trade and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance identifying areas for improvement.
- Liaise with clients to resolve operational issues and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with finance on billing cost control and profitability.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in freight forwarding operations with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping import/export procedures and customs regulations.
- Solid understanding of wharf cartage and general transport.
- Excellent leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in freight forwarding software Cargowise and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
