Telecom Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecom Sales Account Manager to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts through exceptional phone-based customer service, relationship building, and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retain and grow revenue of assigned customer portfolio through proactive lifecycle account and relationship management
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and new customers in an efficient and accurate manner
- Work closely with customers to determine their existing and future growth requirements to propose suitable products and solutions
- Identify new business opportunities by applying retention, upselling, and cross-selling strategies
- Maintain and update all customer records in accordance with internal processes
- Proactively manage sales leads and opportunities to drive sales and meet assigned targets
- Provide customers with outstanding customer service by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls where necessary
Requirements:
- Sales and results-driven with proven sales ability, negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills
- Relationship-focused with ability to prioritize workload and delegate as required
- Self-motivating and assertive with confidence to take initiative to solve customer problems
- Ability to work within and support a team environment
- Punctual and reliable with highly developed time management skills
