Job Title: Territory Manager

Are you a seasoned medical sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a proven track record in growing sales and managing hospital accounts? We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team in Tasmania, covering the Hobart region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow sales of capital and consumables products in the hospital environment
  • Manage a small territory of hospital accounts, building strong relationships with surgeons, heads of department, and procurement teams
  • Analyse and interpret sales data to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including surgeons, heads of department, and procurement teams, to promote our high-quality premium products
  • Manage demonstrations and support clinical cases to showcase the benefits of our products
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our hospital customers
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in medical device sales or pharmaceutical sales
  • Experience working in the hospital environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse sales data
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work with external stakeholders
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand the benefits of our products
