Branch Sales Manager

PFD Food Services is a leading player in the market, known for its quality and service. We're looking for a talented Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in a specific territory.
Key Responsibilities- Execute state and national sales initiatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and manage a team of sales representatives, providing induction and ongoing sales and product training
- Oversee sales rep call cycles and sales planners to ensure effective sales execution
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, attending key accounts personally
- Manage margin growth strategies and analyze sales reports to inform decision-making
- Report on competitor activities, product availability, and customer credit issues
- Coordinate sales promotions, training, and market research to drive sales growth
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in commercial sales
- Ability to manage people and processes, with a focus on sales performance
- Computer literacy and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude, with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Ability to set budgets and determine objectives for achieving sales targets
