The Role

This role will shape and deliver organisational development initiatives to support Gateways. You will work closely with the Manager - HR Services & Capability to design and implement training programs promoting an engaged workforce.

This varied and rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on employee experience and workforce development. Key responsibilities include managing learning platforms, facilitating induction, and ensuring team members are rostered into required training.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow and maintain accurate processes
  • A positive, proactive approach and passion for supporting team member growth and development
  • 1- 3 years in a similar position within a medium to large organisation
  • Tertiary degree in Human Resources or equivalent desirable
