Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our workforce as a Workforce Activation Support Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data spreadsheets, reviewing documentary evidence, and ensuring timely and accurate processing. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders, including Organisational Excellence, Claims team, and Operations. Additionally, the role requires Quality Assurance of Progress Payments, Time management, and consistently meeting and exceeding team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • High level of computer literacy

  • Understanding of the Employment Services environment
  • Proven experience working with targets and KPIs;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office computing package;
  • Previous employment services experience is highly regarded;
  • Outstanding Organisational skills
  • Current police clearance or ability to obtain
