Travel Itinerary Coordinator

As a seasoned Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating airfares for pre-packaged cruise bookings, managing customers' flight deviation requests, and presenting the best options for our clients using top airlines.

  • Coordinating airfares for pre-packaged cruise bookings
  • Managing customers' flight deviation requests
  • Upselling cabins where required to premium economy, Business, and First class
  • Ensuring frequent flyer details, baggage, meals, and seating allocation requests are in place at the time of booking
  • Ability to search and book complex itineraries (stopovers/surface sectors, etc.)
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent time management skills, be able to use a GDS (Amadeus or Sabre/Galileo), meet productivity targets within allocated time, and possess a highly motivated and organized mindset.
