We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Travel Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled consultant looking to work with a leading cruise package specialist.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate airfares for pre-packaged cruise bookings and ensure seamless travel experiences for customers.
  • Manage customer flight deviation requests and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Upsell cabins where required to premium economy, Business, and First class, maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Earn frequent flyer details, baggage, meals, and seating allocation requests, enhancing the customer's overall experience.
  • Search and book complex itineraries (stopovers/surface sectors etc.) efficiently and effectively.
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent time management skills to meet productivity targets within allocated time frames.
  • Ability to use a Global Distribution System (GDS) and navigate its functionalities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • A positive attitude and self-starting approach to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
