Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Banking Documentation Specialist to join our team at Ambition. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless documentation processes for our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of corporate banking and have experience managing documentation within a banking environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to advance the overall franchise agenda and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Salary

$300-$350 per day, plus superannuation benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Documentation Support: Provide primary contact support for clients and offshore branches regarding documentary issues, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee client documentation requests, encompassing account maintenance, setup of Electronic Payment Signatory Forms, and managing additions and removals of signatories.
  • Global Documentation Requirements: Interpret and act on global documentation requirements effectively, fostering robust relationships with clients and grasping their documentary needs.
  • Problem-Solving and Negotiation: Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, understanding client needs and responding promptly, while demonstrating effective negotiation skills with both internal and external clients.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to implement strategies that align with business goals, maintaining disciplined case management practices and complying with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Corporate Banking Expertise: In-depth understanding of corporate banking and relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Documentation Experience: Experience managing documentation (e.g., Board Resolutions) within a banking environment, with a proven track record in cultivating and managing client relationships.
  • Banking Products Knowledge: Familiarity with banking documentation and products, including domestic and international payments, with strong analytical and process-oriented capabilities.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and build strong partnerships across diverse teams.
