Expert Support Specialist

Job Overview:
This role supports our Accessit Library product, providing critical customer experience services to our clients in Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Training and Enablement: Deliver expert training and enable customers to get the most out of our products.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and deliver effective communication programs to engage with customers and promote our products.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with software releases and advancements, applying this knowledge to resolve technical issues and improve customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience: 1-3 years' experience in a library or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in PC and technical/software skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
