Accessories Delivery Manager

The National Manager, Conversion and Accessories will oversee the end-to-end delivery of genuine and affiliated Nissan accessories across all current and new models.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accessory strategies in collaboration with local, regional, and global teams based on future Nissan model plans.
  • Present and approve vehicle plans through regional and global accessory groups to support project delivery.
  • Ensure accessory delivery meets budgets, timelines, and Nissan standards by supporting local Planning and Engineering.
  • Set strategic direction for the Conversions and Accessories group to promote business growth and explore opportunities.
  • Manage local workload and resources to ensure project funding and timely completion.

Accountabilities:
  1. Oversee business planning, liaising with global teams to manage accessory program timelines, resources, and milestones.
  2. Streamline processes and meet global standards by supporting engineering and planning functions.
  3. Maintain and expand the accessory supplier base, investigating new suppliers for development opportunities.
  4. Manage resources necessary for project completion, including CAD, workshops, and tools.
  5. Ensure proper planning and timely approvals to avoid project delays.

About You:

You will need to possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar (preferred), minimum 10 years' experience in the automotive industry, proven project management skills, knowledge of regulation, compliance, and product development principles, and strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
