Job Opportunity:
The Senior Procurement Advisor role is a key position within our organization, focusing on delivering procurement projects and discrete deliverables. This includes procurement planning, specification development, procurement sourcing, and tender evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing advice and support in the preparation of tender and contract documentation.
- Procurement assessments, contract award, and contract management advice.
- Positioning yourself as a subject matter expert to enable informed decision making on sound procurement principles.
- Ensuring compliance with the NTG Procurement Framework.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills are essential for this role. The ability to work collaboratively and constructively to achieve effective and efficient procurement processes and outcomes is also crucial.
A relevant Diploma or progress towards completion is highly regarded.
