AOD Traineeship Program Coordinator
Job DescriptionThis pivotal role involves providing professional guidance and support to trainees in the Alcohol and Other Drugs program.
Responsibilities- Providing clinical coordination, guidance, and day-to-day support to AOD trainees.
- Overseeing project development and implementation of the traineeship program.
- Coordinating structured learning opportunities, workshops, and rotations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to design schedules and address trainee needs.
- Supporting access to evidence-based resources and harm reduction approaches.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience supporting early career professionals in the AOD or health sector.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, coordination, and program facilitation.
- Knowledge of harm minimisation, relapse prevention, and overdose prevention.
- An interest in service planning, project development, and training programs.
