Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a content strategy that balances short-term and long-term objectives, using data and audience insights to inform your decisions.
* Create and edit high-quality, on-brand content across all digital platforms, including site and social media.
* Collaborate with the Digital Managing Editor and Brand Manager to ideate and execute commercial content opportunities.
* Ensure all digital, social, shopping, and newsletter outputs meet our brand standards.
* Analyze and report on performance across all channels, adjusting our approach as needed.
* Lead a high-performing team culture, providing regular feedback and guidance to ensure everyone is working towards our goals.

Requirements:

* At least 5 years' experience in digital media, preferably in women's lifestyle.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with content management systems, photo editing, and analytic tools.
* Strong content ideation skills and a deep understanding of SEO principles.
* Basic understanding of commercial drivers for websites and digital sales processes.
* Experience as a team leader or people manager.
