The Department

The SBS CulturalConnect team is a group of strategy, creative, and solutions specialists that connect organizations to culture, community, and Country across SBS' ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Strategist to join our team.

The Role

The Digital Solutions Strategist will be responsible for driving strategic digital initiatives, creating digitally-led content partnerships, and championing digital best practice across SBS' commercial campaigns. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the CulturalConnect and National Sales Teams, Strategy & Research, Creative Services, Marketing, Social, and Content Teams to define integrated commercial opportunities.
  • Working with Research & Strategy Team to understand the SBS digital audience and analyze consumer, brand, and market data to develop robust strategic solutions.
  • Leading and contributing to workshops and brainstorms to develop strategic, multi-platform client opportunities.
  • Continually reviewing processes, strategies, and technology to increase the success of SBS' integrated digital campaigns and uncover new innovative commercial opportunities.
  • Developing go-to-market collateral and presentations for client brief responses and key SBS properties.

About You

We are seeking someone who can be a positive representative of the wider CulturalConnect Team, providing effective client strategies and solutions, and helping grow the digital capabilities within the team. Key attributes include:

  • Demonstrated experience creating commercial opportunities across multi-media platforms, well-developed communication skills, and a sound understanding of the media agency and sales environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital landscape and commercial opportunities to help strengthen and grow the team's digital capabilities.
  • Sound understanding of broadcast media is beneficial but not essential for this role.
