We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the human resources department in our organization.

This is a full-time permanent role that offers a great work environment and competitive compensation package.

About the Position:

  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Assist with creating HR documentation, including contracts, variation letters and ER letters
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
  • Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Update and maintain employee files
  • Enter and maintain data and records in learning technologies, including the Learning Management System

About You:

  • Prior HR experience
  • Proven ability to communicate at all levels and strong relationship building skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience in problem solving, query resolution, and adding value to stakeholders' experiences with HR
  • Proven experience in delivering multiple priorities
  • Collaborative team player, able to work as part of a service delivery team
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
