Strategic Workflow Consultant

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients to address operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver high-quality solution-led demonstrations, leveraging deep expertise in front-office workflows.
- Evaluate customer business and technical needs, leading technical discovery sessions.
- Field product requirements, collaborate with the deal team, and continuously evolve domain expertise with respect to Clearwater platform developments.
- Prepare responses to RFI/Ps, adapt demonstrations to meet client needs, and build trusted relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
- Use quantifiable metrics to help clients resolve business operation pain-points and contribute to standardization of Solutions Engineering documentation.
- 6+ years experience in sales engineering or implementation roles focused on front-office technology, serving traditional asset managers and asset owners.
- Experience in complex, Enterprise sales in FinTech space, with a strong understanding of hedge funds, traditional asset manager and asset owner operating models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with experience in RFI/RFP processes and willingness to travel onsite.
You will have opportunities to evolve your domain expertise and contribute to standardization of Solutions Engineering documentation.
